Tonight at Cinespace in Hollywood at the DIM MAK party, it's San Francisco's LILOFEE showing up with AWESOME NEW REPUBLIC. TENDERLIONS plus DJ's THEM JEANS and DAN OH will be doing their thing with free vodka from 10-11pm. Lilofee hits the stage at 11pm tonight.

Sunday night's at Cinespace has become one of the busiest nights in town, as the CAMERATA party recently celebrated their 1 year anniversary in style, and most of those nights have had THE DEVIL'S ORCHESTRA playing in the band room. This Sunday night, San Francisco's LILOFEE make the drive south to drop new tracks and play only their second LA show ever. This band recently played with DEERHUNTER at Noise Pop and with HERCULES & THE LOVE AFFAIR for Popscene vs Loaded, as well as last month's Rumble SF performance.

Sunday night may be the Grammy's, but I mean really? Have you seen the performer line up and did you recall all the music that was "popular" in 2008? Not sure you need to sit through many hours of nonsense when you could get out and experience new music personally. DJANGO JAMES & THE MIDNIGHT SQUIRES hit the stage tonight at 10pm at Cinespace for the Sunday night party CAMERATA. Headlining as usual is THE DEVILS ORCHESTRA, with ANDY CLOCKWISE and ROLL THE TANKS also on the bill. Free before 10:30, free drinks until then as well.

Sunday nights at Cinespace have turned into a scene and tonight supporting THE DEVILS ORCHESTRA, it's our good friends, VENUS INFERS. The band is showing off a new album's worth of material, like "Hit-Parade", that we debuted last week on the Future Sounds radio show.

Tonight at Cinespace in Hollywood, one of our favorite LA bands, THE YELLING play a set of music that will destroy your eardrums. Also on the bill is an up-and-comer, THE NIGHTS. First listen to the track on their Myspace already has me a fan. Not sure if you've ventured out to Cinespace on Sundays yet, but its a booming scene worth making it out to.
