Although she's with the very talented ROB SEXSMITH, it's Smith that I'll be standing close to with pleasure to finally hear this incredible voice in person. I've been yappin' about her since January and the wait has seemed like two years for her to return to LA for a performance. Her full-length record on Sire is absolutely gorgeous, a throwback sound for another time completely. Remarkable.

In case you missed the smokin' hot set that LEMON SUN put on last Saturday night at The Troubadour, you can witness the insane power that their music has on people by simply reading any online news outlet today, like US Weekly or MTV.com to find out how actor Shia LaBeouf was at the show, doing shots, dancing away and then left the show and crashed his car.

Here's what the news wire says...

Actor Shia LaBeouf was at the Troubadour club watching the Lemon Son band on Santa Monica Blvd in L.A. Saturday night before the crash that flipped his truck and resulted in the star needing extensive hand surgery, a source tells Usmagazine.com.

"He was dancing around and acting really crazy," the source tells Us. "He kept doing shots of whiskey.
"He stayed until the band was done and then stumbled out of the club by himself." A short time later, LaBeouf flipped his truck while making an illegal left turn. He suffered a serious hand injury, but neither his reported passenger, "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" co-star Isabel Lucas, 23, nor the other driver were seriously injured in the crash.
