NEW RELEASE: SILVER SWANS "REALIZE THE GHOST"
Today on Tricycle Records the year starts off with the first great release - SILVER SWANS "Realize The Ghost". Hopefully you've heard the title track on the FS radio show on WOXY or on Live 105 in San Francisco already, this is the 2010 version of MORCHEEBA, as LOVELIKEFIRE's Ann Yu steps out and goes all KNIFE-like on us, with her hauntingly beautiful voice that isn't competing with guitar lines, but with fellow swan-Jon Waters' electronic landscapes, calling to mind the brilliant debut record by GOLDFRAPP. My favorite song is "Crimson Clover", a b-side that if it were released on the KRUDER & DORFMEISTER - K&D Sessions, would still be on everyone's iPods.Labels: Silver Swans, Tricyle Records
