You know JON AUER from his work in THE POSIES, and some people have gotten to know Jon from his time in BIG STAR (track “Lady Sweet” ), but tonight kicks off a special tour for Jon the solo artist, to support his new CD, “Songs from the Year of Our Demise.” This is a record that he has been trying to complete and release for 5 years, and now it drops on May 2 on Pattern 25 Records.
