Time In Malta - Alone With the Alone
After their critically acclaimed full-length debut “Second Engine”, Time In Malta was written off in some circles as perhaps a one-hit wonder in some respect. But they easily suckerpunched every slackjawed critic with their progressive post-hardcore follow-up “Alone With the Alone”. Frenetic guitars wall you in while the vocals, which are reminiscent at times of a sort of Quicksand and Snapcase soup, lead you down the tunnel to get punished by the rhythm section. They further cemented their fan base with tours with Snapcase, Boy Sets Fire, Glassjaw, Atreyu, Coheed and Cambria, Hot Water Music, Thrice, and The Blood Brothers. Truly a maverick and pioneer in the hardcore realm their talent and delivery will never be questioned again.

Time In Malta
Alone With The Alone
The new Time In Malta, Alone With The Alone, is so fucking good that I just shit my pants after listening to it in it's entirety. Heavy, dynamic songs that range from pulverizing hardcore to straight forward hard rock. They take a little bit of many current sounds of hardcore and fuse them together to create a unique sound all to them. This cd owns from start to finish.
